this week has been pretty good. did my career development review. good stuffs came out of it.

things come and go.. issues raised and settled... ability to know and solve..

confidence is very important to one's performance. Preparation is critical as well.

what I've learnt this week? never fail to prepare..and be confident in every task that you do..
